Water Treatment is a long, open radioactive monument built around a series of large settling pools. Scientists patrol its length, and a keycard puzzle (commonly a blue card, with a fuse) opens the locked loot room.
A recycler is available on-site. Radiation is moderate to high in the central structures, so protective clothing is recommended before you commit to a full run.
Its stretched-out, low-cover layout makes Water Treatment one of the more dangerous monuments to roam during PvP — you are exposed while moving between buildings, with few places to break line of sight. It is a solid mid-tier stop, but positioning matters.
Because every map here is a plain, unmodified Rust world, Water Treatment Plant spawns exactly where the game places it for a given seed and world size. Browse generated maps to see real monument layouts, or generate your own and check the monument list on the map page.
